Recently I was playing around with MainStage 2 and control assignments. So I thought wouldn't it be nice to assign a button or pad or similar of two different devices to one control on Main Stage.
Now you might wonder who needs that.
A simple example:
Imagine using a virtual mixer with Main Stage with a number of channels a mute-all button.
Then imagine a live situation where the guy on the keyboards and let's say the guitarist would like to be able to control a mute-all button. The keyboarder on the keyboard controller and the guitarist on some nano-pad or whatever.
On Main Stage it is possible to use two different controllers within one project, but the assignment to one mute-all button won't work.
Simple workaround: create a second button with the mute-all functionality.
